At Ulira, we aim to provide products that support comfort, quality, and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Packaging remains intact and undamaged

  • The product has not been opened or used for hygiene reasons (where applicable)

Due to the personal nature of wellness and hygiene products, opened or used items such as nasal strips or mouth tape cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

  • Mouth tape products

  • Nasal strips

  • Personal grooming devices used after delivery
